This is one of those few properties that deserves to get 5 star in all parameters. On the slope of a hill, nestled away from hustle bustle and sorrounded by dense forest, you wake up to wild peacock's call. Birds keep chirping from dawn to dusk, 2 pet dogs always accompany you. And when it rains you hear the sound of rain drops falling from one leaf to another. Perfect set up to unwind and be with one self. The house is astheticaly furnished, specious, with a dedicated office desk and uninterrupted wify. From the garden you get a birds eye view of relli river. Trust me, this air bnb will keep you in state of meditation all the time. The review won't be completed without mentioning of Mr. Aitya ji - he adds up to the the vibe of this place.A humble, cordial, honest, always smiling and attentive to your needs, cooks finger licking food. So, it would be quite unfair for this property and it's people to restrict them with some number, but since it is important I choose 5/5 for 100 times.

We had a lovely stay at this super spacious 3-bedroom country house set within beautiful, expansive grounds. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and the architecture was truly stunning. The location is peaceful yet convenient, just a short drive from Kalimpong. One day we even made the scenic trip to Darjeeling, which was absolutely worth it, though we were glad to return to the tranquility of the cottage. The surrounding area is rich in history and culture. We visited nearby Tibetan monasteries, which felt very special, and even explored St. Mary’s School, founded by a Scottish man,such a fascinating bit of heritage. We have just returned today from Chuikhim. Repenting for booking only for a day! We should have booked the place for atleast 3 days. What a great place! So calm, so peaceful! Staying at this house added a great experience! Such homely stay, wonderful food and moreover such cleanliness! Wow! The house is being made such a planned way that you could get whatever you need in your everyday life! Heard from the local people that they enjoy winter season in a very special way! If somebody wants heavenly peace one should visit this villa of Chuikhim! Would like to go again in December.

We had a wonderful stay at the place! It was perfect for my family which we were looking for. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The caretakers were extremely kind and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious barbeque they arranged for us—it was absolutely tasty and well-prepared! The neighborhood was peaceful and the local people were friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

We loved the place and it was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a relaxed getaway with a local rural touch with all the comforts as well. We requested our host Bijoya for on site help and he gladly sent us Santosh who lived in the villa downstairs and was on hand 24/7. He also provided us a lady ( Buddhamit Tamang) who came in at 9 and left around 6 and who helped Santosh with all the household chores/ cooking etc since we wanted home cooked food. We paid them separately for it in addition to the fixed charge. We were glad to do it and it was well worth it. They took absolute and complete care of all our needs and requirements and were like family. I would strongly recommend you ask for their services if you are living in the villa. They organised the outdoor bonfires and in house fireplace and it was indeed a good experience. They also gave us recommendations of what to do locally which was greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend you have them when u stay.

A beautiful and homely stay with many amenities such as a bonfire, a flowery seating area etc, it is conveniently located to view the mighty Kanchenjunga. Udai sir and his family were extremely hospitable and took care of all our needs. The best part of the stay were the adorable pet dogs, they were friendly and playful especially Coco with whom we spent hours playing fetch.
