We had such a wonderful stay. The home was so clean, very modern and very spacious. The host was super friendly and very very quick to cater to all our needs. We felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning so the house was not hot. Our stay was very enjoyable and exceed our expectations 😁

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem tollen Camp. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und das Essen ist auch günstig und sehr lecker. Perfekt für jeden, der etwas Ruhe von Arugam braucht. Die Wellen vor Ort sind etwas für Fortgeschrittene und Boards können sich dort geliehen werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt.

Super Nice Staff! Rasa, the manager is super nice and helpful. Even told us where to find the wild elephants and came with us to see them. His food was very nice as well! We were there in off-season so only 2/3 cabanas were occupied. But even in high season there is only a maximum of 30~ people there he told us. Located directly at the beach we could see the sunrise from our bed in the open cabana. Would definitely recommend!

Such a happy place! 🥰 Been there during off season (Nov - Apr) and loooved it. We had a private Cabana (Buffalo Rock) and I was reading my book on the outside bed watching the beautiful sea all day long. If you are searching for a perfect place to escape everything and have a private beach whilst off season - here it is. Also, the food at The Lighthouse Beach Hut Hostel was great, they easily organized everything for us and gave us a ride.

Notre séjour avec Mala a été fabuleux. Mala et le reste de la famille a pris soin de nous durant 2 merveilleuses journées. Repas succulents, plusieurs collations pour nous faire découvrir des produits locaux, massage, tour culturel avec souper traditionel à la belle étoile. Le coup de coueur a été l'attention porté à nos enfants et notre bébé de 7 mois. C'est comme si on avait une baby-sitter en tout temps. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir! Toutes les activités se faisaient avec les enfants de Mala. C'est comme si on était une seule grande famille. Merci Mala pour cet expérience. Nous recommandons vivement!

Exceeded expectations! We stayed in one of the tents near the river, better than the pictures and the morning view is 👌🏼 The staff go above and beyond to make your experience. We enjoyed having tea on our little patio watching the sunset! We did both the jeep and land safari. Jeep and binoculars look new and we did not see another jeep/boat in the national park! We saw herds of elephants (baby ones too), loads and loads of birds, lizards. It’s alive with wildlife and untouched. Also Could not fault the food. Only wish is that we stayed longer! It’s a little slice of heaven. Would highly recommend.
