The Bertl apartment is located on the first floor of the newly built Kraiter vacation home, in a prime location in Schladming. It is only 200 meters to the center, 500 meters to the Planaigondola and directly at the entrance of the beautiful hiking trail "Wild Waters." The entire house consists of only 3 residential units, each with its own entrance. Free parking is available right in front of the house. It is possible to park bicycles or motorcycles in our garage. The garden invites you to grill and relax.

The Blue House - in Salzburg

The Blue House is a stylish guest house (130m2) with a great living atmosphere. The living room with its open, stylish and sensual bathroom is 50m2. From the balcony you can see the large natural garden. On the ground floor is the large kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and a bar. The guest house is ideal for a couple and their guests. In the summer the garden can be used in its entirety. The breakfast terrace is directly in front of the kitchen. The pergola is ideal for lunch and dinner.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
