All i can say is, he is very flexable. We had car problems while traveling and he waited up for us, ready to serve the meals we requested/ordered. And the Chef did not disappoint. The food was good. The ambiance and conversation. Nice presentation, and he even took in account it was our anniversary, we did not request anything for that. Nice! As mentioned before, although arriving late, we ate small upon arrival but we ate Huthe remainder for Breakfast. I did say he was accomidating :) . The bedroom was clean and comfortable along with the bathroom. Although one night, wouldnt hesitate to stay longer. Thank You for sharing your peaceful oasis.

We had wonderful weekends stay at the barn apartment. Andrea and Cecilia are great and very hospitable hosts. The surrounding grounds are a lovely place to relax and forget about daily life and the on-site restaurant was an unexpected bonus. The trail riding was a great experience, and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Balsam Grove! Spent a week with our family and 2 dogs. Lots to do in the area - Brevard, National Parks, Waterfalls, Fishing , Lake Toxaway, etc. The house is wonderful for kids and dogs. John is a great host. Highly recommend!

The perfect place for my immediate and extended family to stay in during my son's graduation from Clemson (Go Tigers!) Inside, the house is warm and inviting with lots of room for everyone. And nothing beats sitting out on the deck/porch and looking at the water/lake while sipping on coffee and talking. And I loved learning more about permaculture and their growing trade school from Scott who was so nice. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful! Our family really enjoyed this beautiful property and all of its amenities. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in. There are some very nice touches to this great property to make you feel right at home. Everything we were looking for to make memories over a long weekend. Secluded location but only 15 mins from stores and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. It was everything we had hoped for. Can't wait to come back in May.
