We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

Cosy and functional self contained brand new build studio at end of large garden with sea views. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the nearby beach. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
