This home is locally referred to as "The Lodge." It is loaded with rustic charm and tons of trophy mounts, including a full-size gator rug. This house is spacious and yet cozy all at the same time. This home is located in the Ocala national Forest and yet only a half a block away from the park, which includes basketball, volleyball, tennis, softball, shuffleboard, and corn Holes. The caregivers live close by and are very friendly and helpful when needed. NO pets allowed on property.

PS: Resort charges a $35 fee for all guests (not per person!) and also may charge extra for boats, trailers, etc... PSS: Bears spotted at the resort, so please keep all food and garbage in the house!

Our rental is located within the Ocala National Forest in Salt Springs, Florida which is perfect for ATV riding. We are conveniently located across from the Salt Springs Marina in town that has restaurants and a small grocery store. We also have a small private community boat ramp with access to Little Lake Kerr and Lake Kerr which is perfect for fishing, tubing, and watching beautiful sunsets. The marina also has access to Lake George and St. John's River perfect for boating and fishing.

Sandhill cranes will visit. Sunsets over the lake are legendary. The cottage has a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, and sleeps four to six. There are pools, hot tub, fishing pier, and boat ramp. In nearby Salt Springs swim at any time of year. Silver Springs with its glass-bottom boats is a half hour away.
