I didn’t initially update her about my arrival time or check-in, and to my surprise, I woke up to several thoughtful messages from her, expressing concern about my whereabouts. It was so considerate, and it really showed how much she cares about her guests. The apartment itself was spotless. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh, crisp white linens that made it feel like home. The host’s attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything was. She’s also a fantastic communicator – always proactive and ready to help if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything our family needed for self-catering, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall - 10/10
