We loved our stay in the casita! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Eric was a thoughtful, responsive host who even let us check in early as our trip got us into town early afternoon before 3. The surrounding area is beautiful and feels very safe. Everything was just as the listing said and we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

We had a great stay in Mark's Casita. It's in the perfect location for this trip, it is very private, easy parking and has all the amenities we could need and more. Mark is friendly and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

This place was TOP NOTCH! A+++ It is EXACTLY as described. It was gorgeous! Clean. Classy. Modern. The chickens out back were adorable. The bathtub was dreamy. We were in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place is very continently located to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home. Great Safe neighborhood. I asked the host a question and she immediately responded. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! We were sooo very pleased with everything about this experience.

Hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Beautifully decorated, clean and I felt right at home. Very roomy for a single traveler- I loved that the kitchen had everything I would need and more!

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

This is a GREAT place! Really well put together, and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for Spring Training, and the place was very close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia’s place. They knew we had our kids with us and had many toys set out for us. The furniture was comfortable and there place was stocked with anything you could possibly need!! I think the person who lives upstairs was moving out during the week we were there and there was more noise from them than we would have liked. They observed quiet hours, but during the day when we were trying to get kids to nap we were glad we had sound machines to help drown out the noise! The only other concern we had was that it was a little bit dusty in places but that may very well just be how things out in the AZ desert!

This place was great. Cozy, quiet, and clean. Great place to stay!!

Once again this place was exactly what we wanted. Because we had stayed here before, we were well aware of what to expect. We appreciate that Jagjot was willing to open for us and help us out. We only have one hope and that is to be able to come back next year when we come down from Alaska again. Actually, we feel spoiled by staying here.

Such a wonderful stay. Don was very helpful and directions were clear. Well maintained home with great amenities. We were in town for a wedding and the only thing that would have made it better is if there was a full length mirror for getting ready. We didn't end up using the hot tub, unfortunately, because it was unseasonable warm.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at your air bnb! We came for a girls trip and it was exactly that! Host were so nice and you can tell they put so much time into making their place enjoyable for their guests!! We loved our nights sitting on the porch! We will be back!

Sadly we weren't able to make it for our booking, but Gail was super accommodating and kept in communication with us while we tried to find out if our car would be ready in time. It wasn't, but we hope to get to visit soon

We had an incredible stay at Jacob and Tanya's place! The location was fantastic, 15 mins away from Arizona Athletic Grounds, making it easy to get back for some rest between games. The home was spotless, comfortable, and Tanya, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and the local tips. We'd highly recommend staying here! We would stay here again!

An incredible place to stay! Was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Jessica always responded immediately to my questions. There was a short power outage during my stay and when I reached out to Jessica, she immediately responded about there being a power outage in the area. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

Robert's instructions were helpful & we really enjoyed the little extras he had ready for our use (coffee, plastic silverware, sunscreen, lotion, backpacks, etc.)! The place was just the right size & in just the right location for our needs! We were there to visit family & do some hiking. I do agree that the bathroom sink is a little high & tight to the toilet, but that is just a little thing, not a deal breaker by any means. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay there again!

We had a great stay! Super close to downtown tempe with lots to do and explore. Check in was super easy and we loved having a parking spot and our own entry!

Overall this was a great experience. We are grateful for the availability and nice place to stay. it was a bit disconcerting to get the check in info so last minute because this was a work trip and tight timing. One tiny problem arose with a breaker being tripped but Daniel handled it quickly, and was very kind. Highly recommended place to stay in the area.

Tom and Margie were awesome host and made you feel right at home. They are of a quality and character that made this country what it is. Also, many extras available.
