With 40 m², it accommodates 2 to 4 guests. There is a spacious living area with a double sofa bed (high-quality mattresses for excellent comfort) and a separate double bedroom, which can be closed off with a door. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave, making self-catering easy.

Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house.
