Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Salon-de-Provence

Stunning. This home is a dream come true. Gorgeously decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The view from the balcony is heaven. The location of the home is just perfect. Our concierge, Denis, may be the most attentive and helpful person we’ve ever met while staying at an Airbnb. He’s an expert on the region (he wrote a book about it!) and gave us perfect recommendations! He was available to us during our whole stay and did everything to make sure we had all we needed. Even better than the photos, this home is magnificent and immaculately clean, with the most comfortable beds and spa like bathrooms. It’s quiet and private. Lots of room for our family of four. Gordes is a perfect place to stay to visit all of Provence. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

We had a pleasant stay at Pascale's place which was as advertised. Excellent hosting by Pascale from arrival to departure. Her accommodation is very well located for visiting the rich environment between Land, Sea and Mountains... that we will have to come back!

Frédérique was attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful, located close to places to visit. The house is typical of the area, offering all the comforts. The pool, nice, to cool off. A place close to everything, but quiet. We had a relaxing holiday, thanks to the wonderful garden.

We loved our stay at Géraldine and Stéphane's! Very responsive, and kind, they were very welcoming and accommodating! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, and it's very clean! We had a great time in the Alpilles countryside! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronique's. Upon arrival, she had a gift for our son, and she also had all kinds of amenities for him. She was always available for questions, and it was nice to chat with her when we met her, but she also respected our privacy. The house itself is equipped with everything, has a good bed and air conditioning for the warm nights. The garden in front of the house is very cozy and because of the tree you can sit nice and cool in the shade. Furthermore, there was also the lovely swimming pool that we could use. Recommend!

Nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a really nice pool area with possibility to BBQ outside. Car is definitely needed to get away or to the city. It's really quite at night, just note that during the day there may be quite some air traffic. Jerome and Natalie are really nice hosts and live next door but give you all the privacy you'd expect. The second apartment is above this one but has a separate entrance, so while you share the pool you are not getting in each others way. Thanks again for lovely two weeks!

We had an incredible stay at Christelle’s beautiful home. Check in was smooth, the villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is idyllic, we fell in love with Lacoste. Such a picturesque and peaceful town. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for having us.

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Julie was so kind to assist me with finding transportation during my busy work weekend. The place was very clean and just as beautiful as the photos. As the other reviews mentioned, the kids next door are super loud but that is at no fault of Julie. The best part about this flat is that it’s right across the street from the train station which was super convenient and I was able to walk to the grocery store just down the street. Vanessa was a wonderful host. Her instructions for finding the apartment were very clear. She also shared a list of great restaurant recommendations in the area. The apartment couldn’t be in a better location. 2 minutes away is Le Palais des papes, yet the apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a lovely time in St Chamas. The accommodation is a bit smaller than we thought, as the sofa, bed and kitchen are in the same room, but we were traveling as a couple and that was enough for us. The kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook and prepare food and the bathroom was also well equipped. The air was relatively warm and a little humid in the accommodation, so it was good that there was a fan that we turned on when we were in the apartment. The terrace is cute, but directly on the small street between the houses, so we didn't use it that often. You can walk directly to the lake and to restaurants and bakeries, which was great. Unfortunately, the lake smells very strongly of fish, and nets are laid out to dry, so unfortunately we could not use the lake at this point. We did a lot of day trips, for which this place was ideal for us.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at any time if needed. Regarding the apartment, I'm trying to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you come in, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal size for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be repeated as soon as possible.

A piece of paradise amid vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to discuss their passion and their Arts. They're fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, as described. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description, no surprises. Perfect bedding and lovely soothing decor. I would highly recommend it. We'll go back I think.

El’s place was so lovely—full of character and comfort. Walkable from the train and incredible restaurants and cafes. El was so kind and flexible. Would love to stay again!

Very nice, well-equipped studio, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, it's appreciable. We recommend this listing, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance to the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful swimming opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functional apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calm gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to a hotel. we had a very good relationship with Guillaume, accommodating, and very welcoming. the accommodation is very well located close to shops that allow you to shop on foot. the parking space at the foot of the building is very convenient. the accommodation is clean and spacious, very well arranged! We stayed 2 nights with my 3-year-old daughter who immediately found her bearings. We would recommend this place without hesitation. 🙂
