Relax on the private terrace & take in its views over the landscape, read, write, draw, stroll through the abundant vines & woodlands, or simply be still & enjoy! This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Welcome to Domaine Réole, a renovated 18th century Charentais house, nestled in a 7-hectare natural park planted with vines and woods. The independent family cottage of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).
