Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salinas

This is a beautiful, large house. The primary suite is on one side of the house, another primary on the other side with the other 2 bedrooms and the 3rd bath. Large living room, large dining, kitchen and a very large playroom/rec room/ hangout space, for billiards and games, that can be closed off to the rest the house so you can have different things going on in various large shared spaces. This house had a master suite on one side of the house, another and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side. A large living room, extra large kitchen, dining and family room. And a huge rec room with couches and a billiard table and space for games and fun. We were 4 sets of adults and it worked perfectly. It was walking distance to most everything. Plenty of space and privacy, quiet and very accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful house. Enjoy!

The home was very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The playground and kids table in the kitchen was a great bonus for the kids — they loved it! We’d definitely stay here again and would love to try one of Sean’s other homes too.

We loved staying at the Postage Stamp. It was the perfect charming cottage in such a beautiful location. The outdoor space was really incredible!! The fire pit was fun for evenings making s’mores and sipping wine. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Great place to stay with kids (even though there is a stairway, so you may have to keep an eye on that). Place is great and has the right amount of things for kids to play with (sometimes it might be too much so kids can create a mess, but it's not the case here. Def place to consider for staying again.

Our family had a great time in charming, relaxed Capitola. The apartment was well stocked, with comfortable bedrooms, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and a living room perfect for resting after a day hiking in the nearby and amazing state parks. It was also super convenient to be right in town and we loved walking down to the beach and to pick up delicious tacos from Mijo’s Taqueria.

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

I couldn't be happier with our stay at Michele’s Le Bijou at Toujours Maison! We booked it after reading the great Airbnb reviews and am so glad we found it. I wanted to stay at a cute and nice place in Carmel, and had some difficulty finding a place that fit our needs. WE LOVED Michele’s place, and can see why it gets so many compliments! Our stay was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, and he also loved it just as much as I did. More than anything, the hospitality was outstanding - every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and personalized. From the heated towel rack and heated floors to the cozy board games and beautiful design touches, everything felt curated to made our stay feel extra special. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Carmel from a great host who makes the whole experience feel effortless and so worth it!

Wonderful home! Looks even better than the photos. Well appointed, clean, bright and on a lovely street. Host was welcoming and responsive. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

This place was amazing! Check-in was easy and absolutely everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

Just go and let Aaron be your host! You will not be disappointed. Aaron was very accommodating, and can’t wait to return to the Harbor House.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.
