The place is wonderful, right next to the beach, it wasn't very big but super cozy, very nice and clean. Perfect communication with Isaac, always attentive and fast, highly recommended

The apartment is in a great location, a 5-minute walk to downtown and close to shops. Spacious and with all the amenities, especially the kitchen equipment, you won't see anything like it in a rental apartment. In the bedrooms, very comfortable beds and enough storage space. Perfect water pressure in the shower and enough hot water for 4 showers. There is bathroom furniture to store all your things, although no shelf to leave them within easy reach. The house was very clean. Communication with the host, a 10, he answers in a few minutes and resolves all your doubts. He was kind enough to leave us something to eat for our late arrival. Self check-in is a good thing, you don't have the stress of having to arrange your schedule with someone. The only negative points (which cannot be improved, do not depend on the host): - The terrace is minimal and with 0 privacy - Parking. It's greatly appreciated to have a free parking spot in the area, but it's very, very difficult

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.
