The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

With Loreto and Miguel, the owners, communication was excellent throughout. The slightest thing was very quick to respond, always very helpful. highly recommended to spend a few days in Luanco and feel at home.

Very well cared for apartment, with a garage that is fundamental in this area of Gijón. Marta was an extraordinary host.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

The apartment is next to the beach, in an area with many restaurants and services and close to the center of the town and many places of interest. We only stayed for a weekend, and we didn't have to use the car for practically anything. Very positive to have parking, which although not in the building itself is a few meters from the portal. The communication with Leticia was very complete and friendly, pending and available at all times for anything we could need, and facilitating before our arrival a lot of recommendations of tourism, gastronomy and leisure that were very useful to us. We will come back and if it is available I will not hesitate to stay again in this apartment. Thank you, Leticia!

We've been to April. 5 people and 2 dogs and the stay was great. We are assiduous of Gijón and want to repeat in this house. It has supermarkets, restaurants, walking areas, dog areas and no regulated parking area. Muuuuuucho is appreciated to flip to one floor and find a basic of sugar, salt, oil, shower soaps, detergents, scouring, ballet, paper towels,… I usually travel with the full kit, and this time there was everything! Fear to put a pega, but it's about to improve, I would put extenders or thieves in some plugs. And the couch covers are already old. We felt very comfortable. Having parking is also a plus. Thank you for everything!!!

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

The place is in an excellent area to get to know the city and at the same time in a very quiet street. Albino was always very nice and looking out for us. Definitely an excellent place, we were there for 1 month.

The description of the place, though true, falls short. It is very spacious, with spectacular sea views, with each room very well distributed. We arrived with the expectation of a good experience and the result far exceeded it. The service was very thoughtful and cordial. Without a doubt a magnificent choice!!!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean and new. It's easy to park nearby and one garage space is included. Both bathrooms were also very well equipped. The pool and paddle court are very close, just across the street. The area is also great for spending a few days and getting to know Asturias, with the highway very close by. We really enjoyed the stay, we would be happy to repeat!

Frsncisco's apartment is ideal for spending a few days with the family. It has everything you might need, and they have it very well maintained. And Francisco is super attentive at all times from the beginning. It's nice to go to a place like this.

A beautiful, relaxing apartment with spectacular ocean views and a perfect location! Was very easy to enter and right on the beach front! Great host, would definitely recommend to others. Some tips for parking if you are visiting with a car and want to save some money whilst parking a short distance from the apartment… 1: Download the Telpark app. 2: Park at Jardines del Náutico. 3: Simply go into the app and put how many days you want to stay and it will give you a total and you pay via the app. We paid €29 for 2 nights. Once we paid on the app, we could come and go from the parking as we liked. Some other parking places close by charge €15 per 8 hours, so this one was great! Fantastic trip! Loved Gijón and Raul’s beautiful apartment. ☺️

Great location, close to many bars and restaurants, grocery stores, a park for walking and jogging, promenade and beach. Kitchen has all equipment needed for cooking. In the apartment you can adjust the temperature of the heaters, so we were comfortable in the winter. One of the heaters broke and Rocío c Fernando replaced it the same day! The apartment is very cosy and nice to be in. Opposite is a bar, so if you go to bed early, it can be a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. There is no direct sunlight in the apartment, but in general, it is not perceived as dark. Communication with Rocío was easy and pleasant. Thanks again for hosting us!

Samuel is a great host, friendly and responsive. The house is very large, just like the pictures. The best view from the garden!!

The apartment is very nice, beautiful and spacious, a short walk from the beach and downtown Gijón. They have prepared it with all the details so that you don't need anything. They even left us milk, water, coffee... It is very good for traveling with small children and babies as they have a crib, bathtub, high chair and even toys. There's a garage option just around the corner, which is a great advantage. Desire was very friendly and helpful at all times. A highly recommended stay!
