Lovely clean and spacious flat. We stayed for one night so unfortunately didn't get to use the gym or the cinema but we will hopefully be back for our next visit up North. Host was responsive and lovely!

Great for what we needed, one night stop for an early flight from Manchester airport. 6 ladies all in holiday mode. Wetherspoons over the road with a friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced food. Beds we comfy and clean. Thanks for the Stay 😊

Very nice property having recently been refurbished throughout. Very spacious. Very comfy sofa. Very nice TV. Very nice bathroom and shower But, best of all the responses to queries from the team were prompt and very helpful ! Highly recommended !

If I am in manchester again, ill stay at James 's anyday. One of the most incredible hosts I have had to interact with mans got good stories, good tips, and definitely if youre lucky enough he lets you try his mouth wateringly delicious jerk chicken.

Michael is always kind, friendly and happy to help. The room is clean and cosy, the mattress is comfy, everything you might need is prepared in the room. Great place overall.

The place was really nice and James was a great host! He was really friendly and helped with things to do around Manchester. The house was also about ~10 min walk to the nearest tram stop and ~5 min to the nearest bus stop so it was very convenient for getting to the city centre.

I booked this property for myself and daughters as a stop over for a shopping trip to Manchester. Enoch was very helpful and responsive and recommended a lot of restaurants for us to try. The place itself was spotlessly clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. Warm and cosy on arrival, easy to get in. The whole place was lovely.

Jude was a wonderful host, really helpful and made us feel welcome. The place was immaculate and really cosy, we were gutted we weren't staying longer. We'll definitely be looking to book again next time we are in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really friendly host. Check in was really easy and he was flexible around our plans. There is a tram a short walk away into Manchester, ideal location with some lovely parks and brunch spots only a 5 minute walk away.

me and my partner had the best time. val was extremely helpful and the communication was fantastic. always responded fast to any enquiries we had. the nest felt very homely and everywhere was spotless. getting greeted by tiger, the cat, every morning was an added bonus☺️ i would highly recommend staying at the “cosy nest” as we had no faults whatsoever over the 2 night stay. we’d 100% definitely stay again!
