The cabin is large, spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, by skis and by bike. There is a possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-groomed ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes).

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and a padel court (the pool is open from mid-June to August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024, and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new Söderåsen Express lift (with heated seats, etc.). From here, you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross country tracks, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails/trail.

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

Despite the feeling of seclusion, you can reach Lindvallen's city center in just five minutes by car, with ski slopes, adventure pools, shops and restaurants within close reach. Gubbmyr's cross-country tracks are only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for a larger group.
