Beautiful 37 m² apartment in a part of a large Charentaise farmhouse, 40 minutes from the beaches (Fouras, Port des Barques, etc.) and 1 hour from the bridges of the island of Oléron and the island of Ré. All the comforts you need to spend your vacation between the sea and the countryside. Located near the historic town of Saint Jean d'Angely, less than 3 km from all amenities and 6 km from the international motocross circuit. Ideal location to visit our department.

Small village house

For rent, small house in the quiet village of Pinsenelle in Aulnay de Saintonge. The 40 m2 house consists of a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. You can cook in the accommodation. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room. Close to the sea: 1 hour from La Rochelle, Châtelaillon-Plage, 1 hour 30 minutes from Île de Ré and Île d'Oléron. 15 minutes from Zoodysée de Chizé. Self check-in is possible.
