We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

Sanson Terrace "Silk Barn"

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

You will be staying in a freestanding house surrounded by 120 hectares of quiet forest. The house is located inside a highland resort in the Yatsugatake area at an altitude of 1400 meters.Staying between the mountains and beautiful nature will revitalize you mentally and physically. A perfect place to relax. Access: 2 1/2 hours by train from Shinjuku by JR(chuo main line). (e.g. Shinjuku 13:00 → Kobuchizawa 15:00 (15:06) → Kiyosato 15:30.
