Monthly Rentals in Saktouria

The house was really great. Unfortunately, the pool was always a little full of leaves. Unfortunately, we could not sleep very well in the evening because there is an extreme amount of wind in this area. The nearest beach is 20 minutes away by car and the nearest supermarket 25 minutes. It was all very neatly decorated and clean. Since we arrived in the evening, various groceries were placed in the fridge, which was a really great gift, we were very happy about it. All in all, I highly recommend the place. In any case, you need a car and a little luck with the weather, otherwise you really can't sleep. Oh, by the way, there is air conditioning in every room.

My partner and I stayed at this lovely home for 10 days. It has traditional and old feels to it, however, it is spotless clean! I was quite surprised. What pleased us the most is smooth communications and such a generous welcome fruit basket and raki. We didn't have to be hungry in the morning for the next few days due to thode fruits. Konstantinos is very kind, letting me check in almost midnight due to our flight schedule and unexpected time it took to get our rental car going. We appreciate his recommendations to surrounding sight seeing spots. The view from this home is stunning. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every day. The sunset makes you in awe of beauty in nature. There are necessary amenities for cooking, and everything else. It is quiet at night. Takes about 13 minutes to get to the nearest beach. Overall, a lovely stay! Thanks Konstantinos for letting us stay and hope to come back when we are in town again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Matthaios is an incredible host who makes you feel like family. We arrived before check-in and he graciously sent us down to a nearby bar/restaurant for some drinks and relaxation. At check-in, he provided us with Cretan snacks and drinks and shared lots of information on things to do, where to eat, etc. The house was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The view from the pool and outdoor sitting areas was breathtaking. So peaceful! Matthaios provides you with whatever kind of stay you want - a private one or one where you feel like you have a tour guide. He offered to cook some appetizers one evening and we took him up on it, enjoying getting to know one another and telling stories. We sincerely hope to come back as we feel we not only had a comfortable and restful stay, but we’ve made a new friend!
