Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saitama

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

The house is large, very modern and very clean. It is newly built. The neighborhood is quiet in the surrounding streets but lively around the train station , where there are lots of little restaurants and shops. Taking the train can be very crowded and a bit tricky to figure out the first time if you are a foreigner, (even with google maps) because the big stations are huge and it can be difficult to find the line you want. It took us around 1 hour each time to travel from the house to the main attractions in Tokyo. One thing to note is that in Tokyo and surrounding suburbs, people do not seem to cook at home often. The kitchen here is not well equipped, so I do not recommend trying to cook a meal here, certainly not for multiple people. It’s best to eat out. We usually picked up croissants for breakfast at the bakery at the train station and for dinner, there are plenty of ramen places around the station and also, there is a Red Lobster restaurant 5 mins walk away.

Nice authentic Japanese home in a quieter part of Tokyo, a few nice bars and restaurants around. There are not many English speakers in Ōji so you should learn some Japanese phrases to help you

I had an excellent stay at this homestay! The house was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable visit. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. One major highlight was the bus stop literally right in front of the house, making it extremely convenient to travel around. The bus service was efficient and punctual, which made exploring the area so easy. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly—always available when needed and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

location is great, close to station and convenience stores

Nice place and felt like home with the amount of guests we had. Very friendly host and helped a lot with good communication and easy instructions.

the place was spotless and clean, definitely had an amazing stay here. soundproofing isn't the best but it is one of the more enjoyable stays i've had.

民宿的外面就是樱花林非常美丽3层小楼 一楼是客厅 厨房 卫生间淋浴房 装修很美 有很多可爱的小摆设品 2楼是3张大床 窗外就能够看到樱花林和小河河里有好多 野鸭子 野鸟在嬉戏 3楼日式榻榻米风格 整栋房子装修非常可爱 整洁干净 楼梯不是很宽但是都设置了扶手和灯 整栋房子的设备和设施为客户考虑的很周到日本这样的楼梯是非常普遍的！池袋到中板桥仅8分钟出行非常方便中板桥车站走过来也很近5分钟便到 一路上有很多超市 药妆店 饭店和一些当日居民去的小店铺很有意思 没想到在东京有这样及繁华又宁静的地方这次非常满意 推荐给大家。房东小姐也非常好沟通！

I was very Happy here The host even came to Pick me up at the Train Station, and showed everything in the apartment to me. I also made new Friends there The Place feels very much like a home and not like some Sterile Hotel-Like Airbnb or something. I really Enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back .

The living and sleeping space are spacious, very suitable for the family. There are convenience stores nearby, although it is not near the jr and metro station but walking in such a quiet community is pretty enjoyable.

Yuki是位非常親切的房東，從我訂房確認後總是快速耐心的回答、解決任何問題。抵達當天更是免費從車站接送我們到民宿。民宿的設施非常新、非常乾淨，使用上也相對方便。附近更是有好多餐廳可以選擇，營業時間到凌晨。距離龜有車站步行約5-7分鐘。這是間環境超優、地理位置非常棒的民宿，真心值得推薦給大家喔👍。

阿姨非常热情负责，让人有宾至如归的感觉，听阿姨说她的经历和故事也非常吸引人，强烈推荐第一次来东京的朋友前来居住，阿姨能够提供相当有效的帮助，同时阿姨创造了一个非常友好交流的氛围，作为平时话不多的我当初还在担心住民宿的私密性以及社交，但实际进入这个环境大家都自然而然的有交流的动力。离开的时候阿姨还送了一份精心打包的巧克力，我本人受宠若惊，总之来这里居住肯定比住酒店更有性价比更有故事，强烈推荐。
