I highly recommend staying here! The appartment feels private and has character, and the neighbourhood is calm and quiet with a short 15 minutes walk to the lovely bar and restaurant streets of Akabane. I really enjoyed the sento, I went to Suehiro and Hot Land and both were very welcoming. This was a very special start to my Japan trip. Thanks again for having me ☄️✨🏡☄️

很棒的居住体验，房东还为我们准备了零食和饮料，令我们非常惊喜，床铺睡的也很舒服，各种生活用品应有尽有，准备的很充分，美中不足的就是卫生间的马桶有点普通，下次如果还有机会去东京旅行的话还会去这里住。

距離北春日部車站步行約15分鐘，環境清幽，附近步行五分鐘內有購物超市及藥妝店，房間寬敞舒適，整潔明亮，設備齊全，布置典雅 屋主十分親切，盡可能地給予所有的協助及提醒，並且在我退房時特地撥空載我們去車站搭車，這些都是他友善的額外服務，為我們省下了許多的時間及金錢，非常感謝

We loved our stay at Tomo's! The room was exactly as described and beautifully decorated. It was so much better than getting a hotel room. Our kids slept in the loft where they could draw the curtains and we could therefore keep a light on downstairs and stay up later than them. Make sure each person has an eye mask though. The streetlights come in through the windows and there is a bright green exit sign in the apartment that emits a lot of light. There are 3 subway lines within walking distance so we were well connected to everything. Most locations took us an hour to get to but we were so thankful to be in a calm neighborhood with absolutely no other tourists. There are a lot of Izakaya restaurants on surrounding streets (no English menus so have Google translate lens ready). We loved 'Soba' and the small restaurant right across from the Airbnb. Having the 7-11 right around the corner was awesome too!

If you are visiting Tokyo and don’t want to be in the expensive touristy area, but want access to it, this place is outstanding! It consists of 1 queen and 2 twin beds. It is perfect for 3-4 people. You could fit a 5th person on the black sofa next to the table (See his photo) but it isn’t ideal as the sofa isn’t deep. Maybe a thin person or kid. The living area is spacious and open with the kitchen. The kitchen contains everything for food prep but full disclosure we didn’t use it. The location is ideal for eating out. The place is clean. Kusuki leaves instructions on everything you need to know, and is very responsive to questions. Entry and locking the door when leaving is via key code. However, if you have mobility issues, this place is not for you as it’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The location is perfect as it’s so close, maybe a 5 minute walk to the train station, and loads of eateries all around. Overall we had great time! Highly recommended! Thank you, Kasuki!

I have never been to Japan before, but I was lucky to find such a nice Airbnb! It was so close to the train station, nice neighborhood, and there were lots of stores and restaurants in the area! Most things were only a 10 minute walk away. There was construction going on, but it was during the day and didn’t really affect the stay at all.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The host went above and beyond to make our trip as smooth as possible. She helped us with luggage service since we didn’t speak Japanese and even assisted us in buying diapers for our babies—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference for our family. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of three adults and two little ones (3 months and 18 months old). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The laundry facilities were a highlight—it fully washed and dried our clothes, which isn’t always the case in other places we’ve stayed in Japan. On top of all that, the cost was absolutely worth it for the quality of the stay. If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped home with an amazing host who truly cares about her guests, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again!

Yasu's place for me was really 5 stars accommodation. You have all you need included for comfortable stay in Tokyo. Quite close to the train station and very silent in the night which was really important for me. High lavel privacy, I haven't meet any other people in the neighborhood. My host gave me a lot of useful information about places of interest. He was answering very fast to my messages. I totally satisfied with this place. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean place, far away enough from Akabane station to avoid the noise but close enough to reach it within a few minutes by walking. The room was very clean and had every service I needed for my stay (over a month). The host replied quickly to my messages and was always very cordial.

We are very much happy with our stay in Kat’s places. We got 2 listings and both I highly recommend. We appreciated that both have washing machines with provided detergent so we were able to wash our clothes. We were also able to cook and eat easily because all the cookwares, utensils, glasses (even the cooking oil) are provided on both listings. Enough toiletries are also provided for our almost 2 weeks stay. Very convenient because it’s near the station. The only thing that might need improvement is the shower - either too hot or too cold sometimes as a bit hard to set the right temperature. But still 5 stars for us. The host was provided the best house! I never thought that there was a great price house with the perfect condition, great amenities and facilities in Tokyo. Even though the house level was at 4th floor, but it's worth every penny. If you brought a lot of luggages, maybe it's a bit tiring. But as for me I don't mind because the house was really great. In front of the house has playground. My daughter enjoy playing around. In front of the house also have supermarket. We always bought the groceries there. The house was cute, not too big but completed and perfect. Got kitchen, washing machine, sofa, iron. The host also provided the luggage storage for guest which is so convenient. Thank you so much host.

I booked two side-by-side units and both met my expectations. Unfortunately, the wifi in one of the units had stopped working a few days into our stay. I failed to mention this to the host as we were quite busy and out of the house often, however I have strong faith that if I had let them know then the problem would have been resolved promptly. Other than that, the space was perfect for us and there were no other issues.

Apparemment propre, proche de la gare de Kami Itabashi. Lits confortables. Petit espace mais suffisant. Juste un micro-ondes, rien pour cuisiner. Chauffage et climatisation fonctionnel. Il y a des convinience stores, restaurants, très proches.

房東非常非常的親切，我入住一個月，房東先生都會及時回覆任何旅行上的問題，也主動的分享了許多景點跟餐廳，房間佈置的很溫馨可愛，民宿離葛飾及淺草、晴空塔很近，附近也有大型超市營業到凌晨一點，雖然沒有電梯要自己搬行李上樓，但整體的體驗還是非常良好！

We had an amazing stay at Emiko's place (our second stay - we stayed for 3 months in 22/23 - and it was just as good as we remembered). Emiko is always helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and happy. The location is great - nearby supermarket, conbini next door, a beautiful local walk along the river (where you can sometimes see Mt Fuji), lots of local shops and things to do. A very easy train into Tokyo, but also a lovely, quiet, family area to come back to at the end of the day! The accommodation has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were working while we were here - it's very comfortable with lots of space and very very good high speed Internet!

The flat was really small but cute. We were a group of 4 and there was enough space for all of us. Some of the furniture/ decoration that could be seen on the photos weren’t there but nothing important was missing. One Important fact would be that airbnb lists this house in shibuya but as the description says, it’s in itabashi which is about 1,5h away. Still it’s really easy to get there!! Peaceful area and overall a very pleasant experience! ^^

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir konnten nach schneller Absprache unsere Koffer vorab abstellen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut angebunden. Gegenden wie Shibuya sind mit längeren Fahrten verbunden, was für uns in Ordnung war. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, was jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Die Wohnung ist an sich sehr gut, ich würde jedoch kein Kind unter ~6 Jahren mitnehmen, da die Treppe nach oben sehr steil ist. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 🙂

Огромное спасибо за прекрасное проживание! Вот детали нашего опыта: 🏡 Локация: Тихий, чистый район с уютными переулками. До автобусной остановки — 2 минуты, оттуда 10 минут до метро. Идеально для туристов! ✨ Удобства: Безупречная чистота, свежее бельё, стиралка, фен. Туалет с подогревом — восторг (хаха!), а интерьер в традиционном стиле погрузил в японский колорит. ❄️➡️🔥 Обогрев: Первые часы было прохладно (Япония без центрального отопления!), но 3 кондиционера спасли: через 2 часа в доме стало тепло и комфортно. 🛎️ Мелочи: Всё для жизни на месте: посуда, плита, холодильник, микроволновка, шампунь, зубные щётки, полотенца. Не пришлось тратить время на покупки! ✅ Соответствие: Точно как в описании — никаких неожиданностей. 🌟 Итог: Советую и вернусь сам! Если хотите прочувствовать Японию с комфортом — это идеальный вариант. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно приедем ещё! 😊
