This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.
