Both the main & kiddies pools are heated and have lots of sun loungers dotted around. The hot tub is great to unwind in with a glass of your favourite bubbly! The garden is stunning & lovely to wander around, whilst the children's play area is enormous & full of stuff to discover for kids of all ages. The Gîte du Verger is a charming renovated house, located between Saintes and Cognac. It is equipped with an indoor 5-seater hot tub and offers you all the comfort and well-being in a green setting. This house includes on the ground floor 1 living room with equipped kitchen, 1 room with SPA, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside, 1 large garden, 2 terraces and a bocce ball court. Linens, towels and dish towels are provided.

Peaceful and comfortable, my house (classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation) has been renovated using natural materials (wood, steel, lime). Located in the heart of a hamlet next to Fontdouce Abbey, it's a little slice of heaven for relaxing and enjoying nature. Arrive light and tired: I'll make the beds!
