House vacation rentals in Sainte-Maxime

Since Claude himself lives in the accommodation, he was immediately present when we arrived. The place was as described, clean, pleasant decor and offered stunning views. The well-kept property, the very clean pool, a feast for the eyes. New plant species were always to be discovered. The departure was cordial and straightforward.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Good host and good value for money villa.

We (five of us) had a wonderful 9 days at the place. The fantastic view of the sea is incredibly beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very cozy. The property is on a slope and you walk a few meters to the pool or into the city, but that did not bother us. From the pool, we are back with the small train (lift). My son (15) slept on the sofa bed, which is very comfortable and can be folded in and out very easily every day. Thank you Dominique for having us. Family from Germany

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

Excellent location with amazing views. Alena was very quick to reply and help us a lot. It was a pleasure to spend four days in such a beautiful villa. Clean, quiet and lovely. Love the amazing pool so so much. Would choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our long weekend at Maison Laurier Rose. The house is very luxurious and has everything you need, the pool is super and the place is very peaceful even though it is right in the centre of town. There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance and so much to do in the area/along the coast. Great value for money and Sascha and her team really made our stay welcoming and friendly. We hope to come back some time!

We had such an amazing time at Benita’s secret house! It was absolutely full of charm and character and exceeded our expectations on every level. It is rare you find a place that is better than the pictures and that is true of this private sanctuary. Benita was delightful to meet, responsive to every inquiry, and provided amazing suggestions on activities and places to visit that made it an outstanding experience. Au revoir Secret House. You introduced us to the French countryside in the best way possible.

Beautiful location, beautiful house to share some time with friends

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors allow for different perspectives of the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

Absolutely stunning place to relax in the sun! The apartment has everything that you need with a really well equipped kitchen! Rachel is a great host and had amazing local recommendations for food and things to do. We will be back for sure! 🙌

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

The accommodation is very good, exactly as described. It is located about 20-25 minutes' walk from the center of Sainte-Maxime, which is really convenient to avoid parking hassles in town. Air conditioning is a real plus, especially with the southern heat. The terrace is lovely to enjoy meals or relax in the evening. It's a small space, but very well arranged and practical. Marie is a very attentive and accommodating host. 🙂 We had a great time!

Lovely place, clean & tidy. Hosts were so lovely and there to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a stay close to Saint Tropez.

It was really great as a house in terms of location. It's definitely a house where I can stay again. The host is so kind that he really provided a very good service and I was very satisfied, everything in the house was perfect and complete. The villa is BEAUTIFUL, tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet. The sea view is amazing. We had a lovely weekend with friends, everything went very well. The only downside: the pool was not very clean due to bad weather the week before our arrival. Thanks to Ophélie and Valérie for hosting us!

We had the pleasure of making the first booking of the listing after it was refreshed. Everything was as described, ideal location 20 mins walk from the center of Sainte-Maxime. Beach accessible in less than 2 minutes and beautiful private pool in the subdivision. Thank you to Sebastien for his warm welcome and responsiveness during our stay. We highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to return.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The communication from Jeremy was excellent, everything was clean and tidy. The villa is much more spacious than the photographs suggest with ensuite bathrooms attached to each bedroom. We had a lovely relaxing break in Saint Maxime, thank you!

Great place, very spacious you can defo fit more than 8 people and lovely pool. Wish there was a charcoal bbq. Great value for money paid.

Our stay at L'Alvasoca in Sainte-Maxime was just beautiful! The house is beautiful and offers a great atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. It is well equipped, nothing is missing – from the modern kitchen to the comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel welcome. The location is perfect to both explore the surroundings and relax in peace. We can only recommend this house and would be happy to come back!
