Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden. You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gite has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. It also has an outdoor courtyard with a terrace (barbecue, garden furniture).
