Monthly Rentals in Sainte-Foy–Sillery–Cap-Rouge

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

The suite was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed and more. It looked like it was brand new. All the finishes, appliances (washer and dryer too) were top quality. Although it is a basement suite it has large windows and great natural light. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great. The location was walking distrance from our event and good access to major roads. Would highly recommend and return again.

My stay in Reynald's apartament was really very good. He is a very educated, kind and helpful person. The apartament was clean, organized and well equipped for a peaceful stay in Québec city. It is well located, allowing a easy moving in the city. Besides, Reynald has prepared a useful book with instructions about the apartament and tips on enjoying the city. After staying, I could understand why he is evaluated so good in Airbnb. Fair good evaluations!
