We had a great time in Mimizan. The house is ideal for one (this was our case) to two couples with children. Close to the beach. Close to shops. Everything is done on foot. I can only recommend this place:) Thank you again to Candide

We had a pleasant weekend in this simple and cozy place, close to all amenities, not far from the ocean and the lake. Laurie was very welcoming and available.

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

The accommodation is very nice, with two well-distributed rooms and a very comfortable bed. There are details for the kids to have fun and that's a plus. For extremely hot days, the AC works great. The garden is very nice and well decorated. A highly recommended place

Very well-equipped house and as described. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is nice. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, nice garden. Very good stay in short.

Great cottage, accessible and quiet even if the road is busy, we heard very little, radar nearby I think. The house was very clean and very pretty. The hosts were very welcoming and available when we needed them. We had a great weekend and will most likely be back. A little plus a Lidl store 400 m away, very convenient and the Leclerc more at the exit of Mimizan 2 km away.

Bastien was super easy to reach. We were able to extend without any problems. The private driveway with parking and gate was safe for parking. It was very comfortable on the terrace. Thanks for the stay!

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to any requests we had. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday that we thank him for! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is a 2-minute walk around the dunes with the children. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thanks again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

We had a perfect stay with friends in Sébastien's accommodation. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is conveniently located 100m from the beach. The amenities are plentiful and well maintained. We'll be happy to go back. We also recommend the Sud Surf School on the beach next to the accommodation, the people there are super friendly and teachers for those who want to surf.

We had a very good night in this beautiful country house, ideal for recharging your batteries. The house was perfectly in line with the listing and impeccably clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without cooking, a nearby pizzeria (13-minute walk or 2-minute drive) does the trick.

Our stay at Magali's was lovely! Welcoming living space and garden. Bike path just behind the house that allows you to go to the beach by bike… or on foot!! Magali is a charming hostess who established a relationship of trust as soon as we arrived! We had a great time staying with friends at her place.
