Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL place to stay. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it's very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

I 100% recommend the accommodation of Alban and Sandrine who are very nice, very welcoming and available hosts as well as their neighbor Virginie who welcomed us at first. The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, even more beautiful! Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, you immediately feel very good there! We had a lovely family stay at this characterful house in peaceful countryside. It’s well equipped for children and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very comfortable with good beds and en suite facilities. Plenty of games and jigsaws available. The outside area is a good size with ample shade and a great pool which we all enjoyed using. Some of us had a table tennis tournament! There’s facilities including a supermarket a short drive away and plenty to explore locally. David is a very responsive and accommodating host. Thanks for a very nice family holiday!

We spent two days in the home with friends for the new year. It was the perfect place for this event, a large house in a quiet corner that allowed us to have a good time with friends. The accommodation is very well renovated and very clean. At this time, the fireplace was very nice for our stay! I recommend the accommodation!

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
