Guests can take advantage of the (unheated) swimming pool to share with our family, as well as the large enclosed park, planted with oaks, pines, persimmons, olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable, well-equipped on one level, attached to our house with separate and private entrance. Our village is located on the 2x2 roads, 15 minutes from Mt de Marsan, 25 minutes from Dax, 1 hour from Biarritz and Bayonne, 1.5 hours from Spain and Bordeaux.

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
