We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. The house is entirely on the ground floor therefore accessible to persons with reduced mobility. A closed courtyard, insulated from the wind and well oriented is at your disposal. Recently renovated, our house is close to Châtelaillon-Plage (5 min), the city center of La Rochelle and the airport (20 min) and the island of Re (30 min). It includes one bedroom, a shower room with a washing machine, separate toilet and a sofa bed in the living room.

You have the thermal spa treatments of Rochefort a 20-minute drive in one direction, and the port of La Rochelle a 20-minute drive in the other direction. Ideal for a couple, but also with a child. Easily accessible from the La Rochelle ring road, it is located just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, and close to bus line 19 that will take you to the center of La Rochelle.
