You will find a bakery/grocery store, butcher, as well as a pizzeria, sandwich shop, fry shop and restaurants within 500 m.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

We stayed in a recording studio. The room is therefore treated acoustically, which will guarantee you absolute calm and complete darkness for a good night's sleep. Studio with kitchenette, Netflix TV and private terrace. Ligneuville is surrounded by magnificent landscapes. Our studio has a separate entrance. We are close to Malmedy, Stavelot, the Hautes Fagnes, Lake Robertville, Lake Butgenbach and the Francorchamps circuit.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Located in the heart of the forest, this peaceful accommodation offers a quiet stay for the whole family. Many bike or walking tours are possible from the house. Close to the Hautes Fagnes and the Circuit automobile de Spa-Francprchamps, you will find something to occupy all your days in the region. Buchholz is a small place with 7 houses, which is located in the middle of the forest and directly on the RAVEL bike and hiking trail, which merges directly into the Kyll bike path near the border. The ideal place for nature lovers, whether hikers, cross-country skiers, road cyclists or mountain bikers, everyone gets their money's worth.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
