On the edge of the waterway and the river, this large studio enjoys a magnificent view: the Ardèche mountains, the Pimpie viaduct, the Eyrieux singing below. An ideal stop on the Dolce Via, a few pedals from Ollières sur Eyrieux. The comfortable studio and its superb private wooden terrace offers you 60 m2 of peaceful living space, indoors and outdoors. Breakfast and aperitif at the Café des Terrasses...

On the peaks of the village

The house is located at the top of the village. Old building renovated in 2023, equipped with 2 bedrooms with double bed, as well as an office with two bunk beds, a bathroom, 1 toilet, a living room/kitchen/dining room of 50 m2 (with its pellet stove). The exterior is composed of a large terrace with stunning views of the valley and a large exterior all around the house. For sweet summer evenings (and for all other seasons for that matter!) a barbecue awaits you!

Your 85 m2 cottage with panoramic solarium allows you to make the most of the surrounding nature and the activities that the valley offers: cycling, canoeing, tree climbing... and all the shops are within 4 km. The gîte is upstairs with a separate entrance. We live downstairs and are available as needed.
