Monthly Rentals in Saint-Venant-de-Paquette

This cottage was a little gem for letting go, outdoor fire, good food to prepare for a hike at Mount Pinacle. We are left speechless at the top. Martine is a person who responds very quickly to our needs, very friendly and kind.

The house is very nice and cozy. We cook so we enjoyed the kitchen and kitchen appliances! Also the location is great, quite, and it is so fantastic spectacular views when we waked up and watched over the windows, snow and trees around. Calming and tranquility. The owner is friendly and responsive! Thanks for the one of the best winter weekends

Our family had a great time at this cute and cozy spot! Very relaxing and comfortable space, furniture, and beds. Perfect for a weekend getaway up North.

Everyone is different so there is one clarification I need to make. Dixville is a cute little village about 5 miles from Coaticook so it's not in a downtown area. We found it to be really nice to be in a small quiet environment with a little creek running by and no light pollution. However if you want gas, food, shopping etc, you do have to drive into Coaticook. It was no issue for us, but if you are wanting a downtown area with everything in walking distance, you may wish to look elsewhere. The unit is an older historic house that has had extensive renovations so it was nice, well appointed, and comfortable. The bedrooms are upstairs so be aware if you have issues climbing stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive.
