Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Vesna was an excellent host – she helped us with everything even before our trip began. The apartment has a great location, just a 10–15 minute walk from both the sea and the train station. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need; we especially appreciated the beach towels and sunscreen that were available for us to use. Upon arrival, Vesna even welcomed us with a small chocolate treat, which was a lovely gesture. If we return to Nice, we’ll definitely stay at her place again!

Very nice accommodation, shops and train station very easily accessible on foot! The only thing is that there are many free parking spaces near the accommodation but it is difficult to find a free one. The experience at Wassim's place was very good and no complaints. We'll be happy to come back during our next stay! The host is very available and communication is very easy!

He even helped us carry our bags the stairs because the elevator was out of service. Very nice! He also offered us plenty of baby supplies. I would stay here again!

Great, quiet place to stay. In less than 10 minutes you are on the promenade. Vicente is a friendly host who was always very responsive to messages. We would book the place again anytime.

Johann’s place was perfect for my partner and I on our first trip to the coast of France. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and easy connecting links into Nice. The place was very clean and the host was quickly responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here,

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

The place is just magical, a BREATHTAKING view from the bedroom and terrace, and on arrival there were very nice little touches like a bottle of rosé, coffee capsules... thank you again for this moment

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Morgan is a very responsive host and his apartment is stunning. The scenery and view from the balcony is incredible. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds in each, easily enough room for a party of 6. Check-in and Check-out were extremely smooth (a massive thanks to Morgan's father for helping us check in earlier). You'll feel right at home and welcomed, I look forward to booking again when I next visit Nice.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. Stéphane is a great host! Attentive to our needs, he responds quickly to our requests. We had a lovely stay in Nice🐬. As soon as we arrived, he advised us on the city's must-sees!🏙️ We found that there were not enough pillows for the bed, Stéphane quickly came to bring us new pillows! Thank you!!!!

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!
