A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with thoughtful touches throughout the space that showed just how much care she puts into hosting. The home itself was absolutely beautiful immaculately clean, charming, and so comfortable. Isabelle was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making everything so easy and enjoyable. One of the best experience I had till now. Corinne was a great host who made sure that we do not have any problem accessing her very beautiful and highly advanced interiors at her apartment. She made sure that we do not have any trouble during our stay. There was an instance that induction of the kitchen gave an error while we were cooking breakfast. Corinne immediately came up to rescue , considering our time and opened her daughter's apartment to continue cooking. She also spend some good time with us and shared lots of details on what is worth visiting and all her recommendations were mind blowing and unique. we thoroughly enjoyed staying and vacationing from her recommendations. We had originally booked for 2 nights only but after seeing her house, location and courtsey we extended for 1 more night. Very well done Corrine. I have my highest recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment. regards

Very good stay, clean accommodation and well located in the city

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

This place is perfectly magical and Melina is a brilliant host. Thoughtful details and carefully curated surroundings in the perfect location for a walkable city make this the best place in town. A perfect couple of days and a wonderful host leave me feeling grateful and joyful.

Incredible apartment. Anyone looking to enjoy Nice and wants to have a quiet, peaceful escape this is the place to stay. The backyard and the hammock was such a treat that was enjoyed each evening. The apartment itself is set up perfectly with a comfortable bedroom with its own air conditioner and then a great set ip outside with the kitchen and living room with its own air conditioner. Viran was a great host with very clear instructions and responsive to questions. I would recommend Viran’s place in a heartbeat and on my next return trip to Nice will seek out his place to stay again.

Lovely little flat. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Easy access to town via bus and tram, or walkable in 30-45 mins. Very friendly host, great communication.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice home. With a nice view of the distant mountains. Good transportation, you can be in the center quickly. Everything as agreed. The host is very helpful and flexible. One disadvantage is the pull-out bed is a little unstable, but not terrible. We slept well, rested, and it was perfectly suited to what we were looking for. We will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay to head into Monaco for the Grand Prix!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

This was an amazing place to stay. The view from the huge balcony is worth the visit alone. Sidonie is a great host (always on hand and really friendly; and speaks English!) We loved the facilities (the pool was bigger than expected, was warm water and was well kept). It’s a very peaceful location. Parking was helpful. The apartment has everything you need plus some. We’d revisit regularly if we could as it’s an amazing apartment and place. Only downside is the huge hill which makes walking to the apartment challenging!

This place is stunning and perfect for relaxing. Ekaterina and her husband are helpful and very friendly. The house was recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a massive pool and all the amenities you might need. Local shop is only 2 min away by car, and 15 min away to Nice city centre which is very convenient. I'd definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

This was our first time in Nice. Because the plane to Nice was delayed for four or five hours, Sandrine was patiently waiting for us. It was already dark and she stood at the intersection waiting for us for a long time. She patiently and enthusiastically told us about the room facilities and usage, and there was a very convenient private garage. Next time we come to Nice, we will still come here, and also recommend it to other friends who come to Nice!
