Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a perfect spring in this house. We spent ten weeks in this house and were very pleased. There were two adults and a dog who loved the big yard. For a week, there were four adults and we fit well even then. The house is well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The mattress in the other bedroom was too soft for a weak back, but luckily there were many beds. The village is small, but it has good services (boulangerie, butcher shop, lunch restaurant, tabac) and it is located close to the beaches. There are also many good hiking trails in the environment. Only public transport (buses) is missing, otherwise the village is perfect. Stéphan is a very good host. He always responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of good tips on where to go or what to do. I'm sure we'll be back here again.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and identical to the listing description. The garden is really ideal for quietly enjoying the outdoors. The bedding is very good. The big + of the accommodation is the location; everything is within walking distance, it's really great. The market and Les Halles are right next door. A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for hosting us. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Great location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to accommodate our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. This one is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the area. I would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and in Saint-Malo: We were able to cook excellently in the very well-equipped kitchen and sit comfortably on the terrace "in the greenery". Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bakery, cafes, restaurants with varied flavors and shops; the old town is within walking distance. We were very pleased - thank you Francoise!

We had a lovely stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a beautiful view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a great week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well-equipped, modern and very conveniently located facing the sea with private beach access. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is nice) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will definitely book this apartment for an upcoming stay in Saint Malo.

A beautiful apartment, very clean and with all comforts. Mickael was very nice to welcome us and explain how to reach the center with the very convenient bus 2 minutes from the house and tell us about the surroundings of Saint Malo. Everything was perfect

Very good stay, I recommend this accommodation, bright, practical, very clean and very quiet, Danielle is very nice. You can park easily in the parking lot or on the street.

Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts.
