Villa vacation rentals in Saint Simons Island

We enjoyed our stay at Kirsten’s place! A beautiful, quiet location that’s easy to get to all the popular SSI locations. Communication before and during our stay was quick and efficient. The accommodations were as described and perfect for our family of 3 plus our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Absolutely love this place!! An incredible price for what you get in return. One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. The location is incredible and the beds are super comfy. Super clean and host was super friendly!

The condo has a great location with access to the beach, pools and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and a great place for a beach stay but it is showing a little age. Overall though, a great place to stay and we'd consider returning.

As usual we had a great time. Loved relaxing and eating in the screened porch. Phil is very responsive if you have any concerns. The neighbors are very friendly and it is a lovely area to walk the dog. It doesn’t take that long to get to the pier or the beaches. Also close to some great restaurants. Looking forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful month-long stay and can’t wait to come back! The house was comfortable and cozy. We were in a perfect location for getting around and exploring the island. Great pool, easy parking, very beautiful and quiet surroundings. We especially loved watching the golfers from the porch!

This place was perfect for us. A lot of space for our group of 6 adults and one toddler. Quick easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to other beaches, restaurants and attractions. We used the pool a few times which our toddler loved.
