We had a great time at Penelope's place. A small, quiet new house close to Oléron. The house is very nice, and very beautifully decorated! The bedding is great. Our host was available and very pleasant. We would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return!

Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! a week spent with the family in rather mild weather in this villa meets expectations. The little ones loved their room with these small desks very convenient for drawings, the pool sufficiently heated as well as the gantry with its swings. As for us, the adults took full advantage of the pétanque court for wild parties as well as the calm that reigns in this area. Our host responded present for check-in as well as checkout, thank you to him. We highly recommend this listing for family stays.

We enjoyed the quality and equipment of the accommodation, the best of the best! Difficult to use everything!!! Very enjoyable comfort with the family! The place is huge and no one was bothered by anyone else. During our stay the weather wasn't always nice but everyone still found something to suit them! Walking distance to the beach as well as the small city center. Everything is planned for a great vacation. Not to mention the hospitality of our host that we particularly appreciated. You can feel the family's attachment to this family home! Thanks again!

A smiling and friendly welcome, a 5-star host and a beautiful location. A bubble with an amazing view. We were able to disconnect for 24 hours and enjoy time with family to rest and relax. Close to the center and the lake, we were able to discover the surroundings in complete serenity and by bike (electric). Thank you Karin for hosting us and your smile.

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

Very nice quiet house near La Palmyre/Royan

Christophe is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house perfectly matches the listing. Everything was very clean upon arrival and tidy. Christophe took the time to explain the activities in the area with a map, thanks to him. Very well equipped with a baby crib, high chair, toilet seat reducer, some games and even a balance bike made available, the best of the best for parents. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. The location is ideal if you want to visit the surroundings, we are ideally placed! The house is also very well-equipped!

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . beautiful, well equipped house about half an hour walking from the beach. the big situatie were the two bikes that we could use, perfect to get around with! we loved our stay here! just be aware not to follow Google Maps, it takes you into the sand at the backside of the house.

Pet-friendly single-story home. 3 large bedrooms. Garden is large enough. Lots of sightseeing within an hour's radius. Supermarkets not far away. Very peaceful because set back from the road. 3 parking spaces including 1 covered. Poor TV reception but the very good quality of the WiFi counterbalances this. Very well-equipped.
