Everything was very good. The ideal location in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand. The apartment has a great terrace and a great view. Thanks to our hosts, we had a perfect weekend.

lovely stay at Loïc's, apartment in the city center, well located. Parking space available in front of the accommodation and free between 7pm and 9am. Very responsive host and very clear instructions. Very decorative furniture, everything is new and in perfect condition. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Grégoire's apartment, clean, well-equipped, very good communication. Only small downside on the bedding: mattress that lacks a little comfort. Other than that, everything was great.

Impeccable accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, very well located and very clean. It was a pleasure to discover the region from this accommodation: with many interesting sites and hikes close to (35 min max) the accommodation: Lake Chambon, Besse, Puy de Sancy, Puy de Pariou, Puy de Dôme, Vulcania... The Arvernha Resort agency is very professional, so I would recommend this agency and this accommodation without hesitation!

Ideal for nature lovers. Ideal to unwind. As described. Sylvie and Sylvain the neighbors came to inquire about our well-being. They are particularly welcoming and caring people. Special mention for the delicious meal they prepared for us! A haven of peace in a beautiful area that is full of fantastic natural sites (lakes, waterfalls...) and tasty local products. Jacques is an available host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the waterfall and snow-capped mountains. Ideally located (right next to the tourist office and shops). The apartment is not large, but it doesn't feel that way because it is very well furnished and very well-equipped. There's even a fondue machine and raclette machine. It has a room to store skis and après-ski gear. We had a lovely stay there, and if I go back to Mont Dore I will come back if possible to this apartment. Recommended!

The apartment is completely in line with the description and photos. Everything is there, the atmosphere is cozy, all you have to do is enjoy! It is also ideally located to enjoy Mont-Dore without taking the car (access to the shuttle to the resort or hiking departure nearby), it's very pleasant. Very nice peaceful accommodation and located close to the center. The accommodation is clean and tidy; it has all the essentials (dishes, bedding, board games, raclette machines...). Beautiful mountain views in the morning! Philippe is a very kind and responsive host. Excellent stay!
