We had everything we needed. Close to the tram, grocery, city center and more. Reservations at restaurants are a must on Friday and Saturday.

Very luxurious and very nice new apartment with spectacular views, I recommend it if you come to spend a few days with family and friends. Quite spacious. It lacks some things like a dustpan, a better mop and of course a washing machine wouldn't hurt, although 4 min away you have a laundromat. A rug in the bathroom too, you'd have to change the pans, there's a big one that all the food gets burned in, there's another small one but the material is peeling off and I don't think it's very healthy to cook in them. My recommendation is to invest in some new pots and pans, we made eggs in a pot😂😂😂. But these are details that can be improved. Everything else was very good. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for receiving us before the scheduled time and letting us leave 1 hour later, although in the end we didn't. Another point, the beds were comfortable, thank you

We were looking for what we were looking for. A peaceful place connected to nature on this spring awakening to hear the birds singing in the early morning is pure happiness. Pleasant accommodation very well isolated and equipped located not far from wonderful sites (Murol, Lake Pavin, Besse and Super Besse,...). It's your turn to have a great experience

Good welcome , very good exchange by phone. Well located apartment 5 minutes from Place de Jaude. Very bright, clean, well arranged, quiet. Very nice apartment. On the other hand, we were not able to use the underground garage because the entrance is too steep for our vehicle (mazda sedan 3) rubbing the underbody at the entrance to the parking lot. However, it's easy to park on the street (wide street) but for a fee. Despite this, we would recommend this apartment.

Very clean and spacious enough for two people. Quiet places are nice. Close (30 min drive) to Puy de Dôme, very convenient for day hiking! Please note that the pool and gym are open from 4pm to 7pm.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped and very clean in the heart of La Bourboule. Private parking is perfect, so no parking problems. Please note my Mégane 4 Estate fits but it can be difficult for a big SUV. 4th floor with elevator. Very clean building. Only small downside, the living room sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time. Patrice is very attentive . Great apartment with beautiful lake views and it is very functional . Very family-friendly resort! Hiking, skiing , bar, restaurant, bakery, local products... We put our bags down and enjoy!

Place is as described (even bigger than expected). Fully equiped. Walking distance to downtown. There are parking places on the road side in front of the house which is quite convenient. We had a great stay here. Only small bad point, it can get a bit noisy if you open the windows of the living room as there are many cars/truck passing on the road nearby. However, once windows closed we do not hear them.

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!

A very big thank you to Martine for the welcome and help throughout the stay! A few quiet days, in a green setting and beautiful sunsets. Pleasant and perfectly functional house. Typical and old village house which gives it its charm. Located in a historic neighborhood overlooking the Creuse and a 5-minute walk to the city center and the market. Access with the lockbox allows flexible check-in. Multi-level accommodation, nicely furnished with impeccable bedrooms. Based on previous comments, independent access to the 1st floor toilets will soon be created from the landing and will thus avoid having to cross the room. Very good idea. I recommend this address

Enjoyed our stay, the place is pleasant and peaceful. friendly and welcoming hosts. The pool is more beautiful than the photos even if unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it. We'll catch up on our next visit in July.
