Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.

Very nice stay. Mireille was welcoming and responsive. She was able to adapt to our pace, especially for the key handover. She gave us plenty of tourist information. and a little bonus, pancakes for breakfast... to recommend for visiting the area

Independent cottage close to the banks of Rance, quiet.

Beautiful tastefully converted barn, very complete. We didn't really need Laurance, but we think she's always available to make your stay more enjoyable. The cottage is centrally located in a very nice area with the famous sights such as St. Malo, Dinan, Le Mont St. Michel, Cancale around the corner. But also Cap de Frehel, Lehon, St. Suliac and beautiful walks in the area and of course also along the river Rance. The area is very English, many nice villages in this style. We enjoyed very much in this beautiful cottage and in this beautiful area. The only downside can be the commuter train that runs about 4 times in the morning and in the evening along the yard. We have not experienced any inconvenience from this ourselves.

Virginia's apartment is a little gem!! A service worthy of a 5-star hotel. High quality bedding and linens, neat decoration. We feel extremely good there. Even better than the photos. Virginia is nice and very responsive. There's nothing else to say. If we come back to Dinan, it will be without hesitation at Virginie's. Thanks again

More than pleasant stay despite capricious but Breton weather, so not surprising. The house is ideal for spending very good and warm moments with friends, passing from the living room to the garden as a living room open to the Rance and its calm and shimmering waters. The services are impeccable. Everything is new and has been thought out and done with great taste, without any ostentation, but with purity and simplicity. The area nearby and nearby offers fabulous walks, and breathtaking scenery treasures.

A private outdoor space features a wooden deck surrounded by wooden fencing. Two gray chairs and a small table are positioned on a circular area rug. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery, while sunlight filters through the surrounding foliage.

Very welcoming host and good advice. Very quiet place and ideally located for discovering the region. The provision of two bicycles allowed us to take beautiful walks along the Rance. We were also able to enjoy a free bus shuttle (100m from the cottage), which took us to the center of Dinan. We would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time at Aurélie's place. She and her husband Michael were very welcoming and gave good advice for walks and the history of the area. The location is in close proximity to many tourist sites. The accommodation is a small gem for relaxing in peace and taking a relaxing break and disconnecting from the hassles of daily life. We really enjoyed the spa, the decoration of the accommodation and the calm of the place. Everything is planned for a moment of relaxation in complete privacy: the spa of course, but also the soft and adjustable lighting, the speaker for music, all in a neat and authentic decoration. We opted for a meal and drinks offered on site, which allowed us to have nothing to think about. Breakfasts were also excellent. Thanks to both of you, we'll be back without hesitation.

We highly recommend Véronique's place. Whether it's for the accommodation itself. Neat decoration, spacious and fully-equipped kitchen, convenient private parking in the city center and elevator, only its location allows you to enjoy Dinan on foot... Very good communication with Virginie who was able to advise us well and respond quickly to practical questions. In summary, very very nice service.
