Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Raphaël

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

The place is nicer in person than in the photos. 4 large bedrooms with all an AC. Large kitchen where everything can be done. The outdoor space is the most beautiful of the house, fantastic pool with sea views. There is an outdoor shower to rinse you off. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs available to sit in the large garden. The garden has several seating areas so you always have a place in the shade somewhere. Pétan de Boele lane available.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

This place was amazing! The view is upstanding and the surrounding very peaceful! We had wonderful family time, thanks to Philip for his kindness 🙂

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

Super apartment, very well located, tastefully decorated. Ideal for our small family of 4. The balcony and private parking space are a real plus! Anne is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it without hesitation and will gladly come back a week of good weather 🙂

Very nice accommodation. The garden is well laid out and everyone can find a little corner according to their desires (there were 7 of us), shade or sun, deckchairs, sofas or chairs.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Our stay at Villa les Romarines was great. The photos match what you find. The kitchen is well equipped, almost like at home. Spices and oil were also in stock, as were 2 dish towels. The room and bed layout was optimal for us: in the basement 6 sleeping accommodations and a bathroom with shower, on the ground floor 2 sleeping accommodations with adjoining private bathroom and on the upper floor 4 sleeping accommodations and a bathroom with bathtub. The water came everywhere with really good pressure. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and ready to use. The freezer and the ice cube machine were also in use around the clock. We liked to use the air conditioners when it was 40 degrees outside. They were very quiet and did not disturb us at night. The pool was always clean, very pleasant from the chlorine content and so warm from the temperature that the children never voluntarily got out. Stéphanie was easy to reach and had tips when we needed a doctor. We're thinking about when we'll come next time!

Relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Edouard is a great host, he is responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and is very close to various beaches. The property lends it self to alfresco dinning and relaxing in its garden/pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. Luke

Sublime view, gorgeous and comfortable home for our family of 4 including 2 teens; easy access to local beaches, wineries, hikes and bike trails. Loved every minute of our one-week vacation!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
