Single-storey house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It is connected to fiber optics. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage. Everything for fun and safety.
