Excellent location, the beach is literally in front of the apartment. Viola ( one of the helpers was very friendly and it was a pleasure meeting both her and Sandy who also assisted us during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of all the restaurants and general places around the area. Massy stores, Oistins fish fry, KFC, the local bus station, Cheffete, Capers and Cafe Luna were all walking distance away. Also if you're looking to try fish cakes I would definitely recommend either Allison ( elderly lady who sells out of her car ) or the Blue bus on the beach ask for Milton, also Capers has some good ones. Miami beach is located directly in front of the house but we found that if you walk to the right of the guard booth the water there is much calmer and safer to bathe in. Would definitely recommend this place for future travellers to Barbados. Thank you Charmaine for a lovely stay.

I stayed at the studio to help recuperate from a knee injury and improve symptoms related to a chronic illness. The space was perfect for working on my health. I used the small pool to rehab my knee and relaxed in the beautiful garden to help soothe my nervous system. The space really lent itself to my needs. I would recommend it to others who want to get well. I was also working part-time and found the internet to be reliable. All in all, a great place with everything you need.

Absolutely loved our stay! While the house itself was simple, the location more than made up for it—perched right on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves, cows grazing nearby, and the occasional monkey passing through was an experience I’ll never forget. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. If you're looking for a peaceful escape in a truly spectacular setting, this is the place!

Great host, very friendly and responsive. Wonderful location just steps from the beach! Includes all the amenities you need. Only minor downside is the noise from nearby vehicle and air traffic. Overall, highly recommended!

What. A. Spot. A sixty second barefoot amble (past a board hire place and surf school), and your toes are in the sand and if you’re a long boarder, your toes are on the nose! Freights is a sweet break as Turtle would say (North Shore). And on the subject of turtles, yes, you get to surf with them. In addition to turtles, the local vibe is next level friendly. I met Wally, aged 70 something, who was brought up in the house on the beach. Everyone hooted him into waves and likewise everyone seemed pleased when anyone whether novice or not caught something. No hassling, just peace and love. Even bodyboarders (cough) were welcome. Mein host, Dwight was super lovely and thoughtful. Mango left on the porch, little check-ins to see if I was finding my way around. Bless him for that. And two great places to eat (in addition to the Friday fish fry) - Casa Luna and Surfer's Cafe. Three courses of superb food at the former. And amazing brekkie, fish tacos and reggae night at the latter.

Wonderful house with a beautiful garden. This was a perfect place for our larger group, given that there are plenty of common areas to hang out. Despite the heat, the house is bright and airy, with lots of ventilation and a pool to keep cool. The house has good proximity to beaches on the east and west coasts, as well as good proximity to Bridgetown and things to visit. The only thing we would say is that the beaches nearby seemed more suited for surfing or had lots of algae in the water (which is probably seasonal), which meant that we usually went to beaches a bit further north with the car. We were also very grateful for the welcome pack we received. Overall, we had a great stay and we definitely recommend this house for families looking to visit Barbados!

I was in Barbados for a brief weekend and this was the perfect location nestled away from the business of Bridgetown. A great place for a reprieve from city life and near many great food and tourist spots. Til next time!

We stayed here after reading reviews about bugs and crabs and it being dirty. honestly was a little worried. We got there and realized it was because this is an open air home for the living spaces. We kept all food closed and away. The birds will just fly in and out and steal bread and fruit so I wouldn't leave the doors open if you are not paying attention. Ok now to the house, nothing short of amazing. The views and hearing the waves at all times was great. We traveled with a toddler and she slept with no issues. There are multiple refrigerators so groceries shopping and storing food was no issue. The location was quite and surrounded by very nice properties and people. There are a few walking distance places to eat and such, but if heading into Oistins its easier to drive. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

Paula was an amazing host! She met me at the airbnb when I arrived and gave me a tour of the place. I was traveling solo, so she showed me the bus stops I would use, places to purchase amenities, and dining recommendations. The home is absolutely beautiful! As a frequent traveler, I was so impressed with the level of detail to the decor. There's standard USB & USB-C ports on the nightstand lamps in each room. All furniture & appliances are new and modern. The shower pressure is strong & the water is hot. I will definitely book with Shelly & Paula again. 😉

This home had the most amazing views! I loved lying in the hammock and taking in the fresh ocean air and gorgeous views. My boys and I stayed here for a surf contest and it was perfect for us. Each boy had their own room and bathroom. The dining, kitchen and living area were very spacious. This is the perfect house for large groups. It even had multiple refrigerators. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Wilfrid is a very responsive, helpful, and accessible host. The apartment is clean and in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the minibus route so it is very easy to get to Oistins and Bridgetown. Highly recommend!

Bodie’s place is in a stunning location, just opposite the beach at Bathsheba. We stayed for 3 nights to chill before coming home to the UK after visiting family. The view from the new decking is memorising - this area made the place for me, it’s a great addition. I spent hours lying on the deck, taking in the view. It’s a short walk to Dina’s, The Roundhouse & other places for food/drinks, both are reasonably priced. There is a bus stop right outside & buses past by often. The house is cosy with a cute beach theme. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. Only thing missing was a tea towel. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked well. We met Bodie who was very friendly and accommodating, offering us a late check out at no extra cost. He told us there was a surf competition in the Soup Bowl which we wandered across to watch, using the beach chairs provided. If you’re a surfer, or just love Bathsheba, this place is perfect.

We had a wonderful holiday and an absolutely fantastic stay in the apartment. As described this is a two bedroom apartment both with ensuite facilities, separate kitchen,lounge and balcony across the property. The balcony provided absolutely wonderful views of the bay. The apartment is above the to Tiki bar and has direct access to the beach. Regarding the property, it was clean on arrival and we were met by the host who introduced us to the amenities and local area. She was very helpful and friendly. The property itself provided exactly what my wife and I needed for our holiday and facilities were excellent. We will definitely stay again. The apartment is in a great area. The beach is as depicted in photographs and a great beach for swimming with hardly any rocks in the sea or coral. It's accessible to the boardwalk providing easy access to other bars and restaurants. Nearby there is Starbucks and a supermarket a short walk away. A taxi rank further along the road and of course publ

First off, the location is great because it’s near fabulous secluded beaches. There are cheap restaurants around where locals go (Golden Anchor, Wendy’s Sports Bars), the fish store in Payne’s bay, Jordan’s supermarket within 15 min walk. The kitchen is super functional. The apartment has screened windows in the entrance veranda room so you can always leave those windows open without worrying about mosquito or birds coming in. Anna has 2 beach chairs too. The only thing we wish we had known was that the bed in the coral bedroom is a double bed and not a king. The king might refer to the sofa bed which is actually not comfortable to sleep in at all so the double bed was way too small for my 6 foot tall husband and I.

I stayed at Shona’s property for two weeks. The property was just as described—comfortable and very well located. The gated community is safe and pleasant. Shona was very responsive, always quick to reply to messages and ready to help with any issues that came up. I truly appreciated her reliability and hospitality.

Paul's place is incredible. RUN don't walk to that confirm reservation button. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean just a couple of feet from the patio was amazing. Saw several turtles swimming everyday. The amenities were great, clean and organized. Very spacious and secured. Paul is very responsive, kind and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. A short bus ride or taxi to other popular areas in either direction. I stayed 6 days and did not want to leave. I will be staying here again when I'm back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very friendly hosts and made me feel right at home! Perfect for a simple, walkable and homely stay in a local neighbourhood. Can feel warm at night with fans instead of air con but they did the job. I showed up without remembering to contact earlier that day and still found my way in quickly and easily.

Perfect Private Property for a vacation. I came with my family and there was so much space for everyone to move around and it had a kitchen that was fully equipped ready to use, with plates and utensils! My family and I found that very useful and it helped us save money in comparison to eating out everyday. Guy was very helpful and a wonderful host along with his associate Tamara.

The most incredible host, location and amenities. We had a wonderful experience staying at the flat, the views are incredible, the setting is peaceful yet conveniently located within walking distance to the restaurants and food markets. The flat itself is so nicely equipped with anything you may need, which is always much appreciated. The beach is right outside the villas, extremely convenient especially if you are traveling with kids. There are even a few playgrounds: in the back of art splash cafe and across the street from the art splash cafe (3 min walk). Added bonus: farmers market with fresh produce and some local delicacies, located at art splash parking lot (3min walk). We had the best time!
