The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. There was no hair lying around in the bathroom or in the beddings. Everything was perfect.

Perfect welcome, nice apartment, good location, comfortable. The stairs to go up to the mezzanine are a little steep but you just have to be careful, and not bump your head in this attic room. But the accommodation is spacious and very pleasant!

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. On the balcony, you have a nice view on the hill. The place is in the middle of the town and still very quiet. Get in is easy with keys in a locker. On saturday morning, you can go to fetch your food at the market, just close nearby. The region is worth a visit. You can find renaissance castels, Roman ruins, the canal, forests, nice little towns such as Noyers, Flavigny ... You can also visit some winegrowers. They have excellent wine, chardonnay (white) or pinot noir (rouge) at moderate prices. In short, it' s a good place to stay.

Semur is a beautiful and romantic town, but still lively and not too touristic. The house is close to everything, nature, the river as well as the town and its amenities. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard and barbecue, and were happy that we could bring the dog. Traffic is modest, so walking the dog and/or running around the town was a pleasure

Super apartment very well thought out, full of little everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1 m away. One of the best bakeries I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. We had a lovely stay at Gite l‘Olivier (3 adults and two children). Beautiful cottage, spacious rooms, very clean and a lovely private garden with bbq. Very responsive and helpful hosts; thank you! It was a good base to explore the surrounding areas. Town itself was very quiet over the Easter weekend but this was fine for us. Local bakery for breakfast was a few minutes walk away. Thanks for a great stay and for helping us to feel at home straight away.

I would add that the apartment is very well-equipped, spacious, the room is quiet and the decor is great! I often come to Nevers and for my next stays, I would choose this place as a priority.

Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
