Pleasant stay corresponding to what we expected. Quiet accommodation in a secure residence.

Very well-equipped house and as described. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is nice. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, nice garden. Very good stay in short.

This is the second time we've spent an extended weekend in this place and it's always a great pleasure with its little details that make you feel at home. The hosts are remarkable. If you see that your dates are available, then don't hesitate for a second and click! You won't regret it.

We came to spend a weekend with our dog in Stéphane's house. The house is in a very good location, very clean and well-equipped! The host's warm welcome counts a lot, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Thanks again!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The place is like the pictures with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just come with your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, golf, swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it;) Lots of restaurants for foodies next to the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. A very nice stay, a nice, quiet apartment, in a well-located residence 2 steps from the lake and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. Claire was pleasant, available and responsive to our questions, flexible with schedules, and the accommodation is very well equipped (kitchen utensils in particular, but also common products such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, and cleaning products, and 1 fan much appreciated during this hot week). We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden, the heated pool (be careful children cannot stand, single depth 1.5 m everywhere), access to the residence's washing machine (provide change). Great apartment perfectly located. Close to beach and restaurants. Low ceiling so be careful for the tallest, but great stay.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inland lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and layout of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden deck path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from June 1, on the nearby beach (and most beaches there) dogs are partly not allowed. To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we highly recommend this gem!

We had a pleasant stay at Marie's. The house is very well-equipped, very clean. Very quiet neighborhood, the lake is close by as well as the forest. Thank you to Marie for her kindness, everything is planned for a good holiday. We recommend this Landes house.

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season, so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is ideal with a lovely view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys in a lockbox without any problems.

Very beautiful renovation 🙂 Location. With two small children we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice place with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful hostess: warm, attentive and always strives to ensure that her guests lack nothing. We greatly appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a bit small for two people with a lot of height – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, since I of course also had to get in.
