Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Very cozy, well equipped and spacious apartment for 4. It feels like home. The environment is quiet, and peaceful with all amenities quickly accessible. Very good location to explore this beautiful area. In addition, Teddy and his family are very welcoming, friendly and available hosts. We highly recommend this rental.

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like we were staying with friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from the photos and even prettier) and it is very well-equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Beautiful house, perfect for several families where everyone feels good. Wonderful outdoor space, between the pool, the garden and the kitchen/barbecue area where you can find everything a cook needs to make a good meal. We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful house in the middle of a lovely area. Sylvie was very helpful and flexible around arrival and departure. The house has everything in equipment, good internet and Apple TV. Our 2 year old granddaughter also had a wonderful holiday with hours in the hot tub and play on the terrace. We loved the place and are already planning our next stay at the lovely house.

We’ve just returned from the most glorious week at Casa Blanca! The villa is absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed for everyone in our party (with age ranges from 4-70’s), and was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Per Magnus and Sophie (the concierge) were so helpful and responsive and always on call for anything we needed. The local village was beautiful and had a range of cafes, restaurants and shops and then Saint-Maxime is only 10 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed returning next year for even longer. Thank you!

Large house with a really nice pool area overlooking the mountains in private and quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and aircon in all bedrooms and in kitchen-dining area.

Sylvie and Julien rent a very charming house on the mountainside of St. Maxime. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a green area with terrace. The pool of the neighboring house can also be used. You can walk to downtown in 10 minutes. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay there again.

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.

Five stars all around! Location, location, location! Plus a beautifully decorated interior with lots of artwork and a huge garden with many different “rooms”. Melanie is charming and responsive. Fully equipped kitchen. We had plans for sightseeing but hardly left the property, spending the week reading and relaxing, and enjoying the views in this beautiful spot.

Good air conditioning in the bedrooms, two toilets and two baths 👌🏼 Really nice pool area, sun loungers and room for play. Elodie is so friendly, she responds quickly to messages but it's best if you know French 😅 but we managed the communication despite. Thank you for this time.
