Detached house with pool and garden

HildrunRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place is on a very good location. Parking is available right outside the door. The pool is large and deep for relaxing times. The garden is completely fenced. Nicole is very dog-friendly. I was at a multi-day wedding and she even took care of my dog. The door to the garden was open day and night, the house is so peaceful and safe. I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thank you Nicole for your help. You deserve 10 stars, not 5 😀👍

Elegant Villa with Pool - View of St Paul de Vence

ArianeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

Le Loft de Borgada

JohnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Brand new luxury villa with sea view & hot tub

BreannaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Loved our stay at Floris' place. It really was a well-designed home away from home with all of the amenities- the amazing kitchen, the outdoor space, plunge pool, the grill (my husband can't stop talking about the green egg) and to our surprise, the projector in the living room. We loved having cozy evenings and slow mornings here after exploring the French Riviera. Also wanted to note that the host was very communicative, kind, and flexible. Definitely book this place if you want a refuge in the riviera!

Le Cochon Heureux - Romantic & Cosy Nest for 2

KarenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

Charming villa with swimming pool, St Paul de Vence.

GeraldineRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Exclusive flat with panoramic view (AC everywhere)

DanielRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Our stay was uber fantastic! Location--Gorgeous hilltop village of Saint Paul de Vence was a 3 minute drive & 20 minute walk. Towards Cagnes-sur-mer, 10 minute drive, is Polygone Riviera, one of Frances best outdoor shopping centres plus a Leclerc & Casino Intermarche for groceries and wines. Location 9.5/10. Property--Very spacious! (1,740 Sqft) 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, huge dining space seats 8, office area/desk, huge bright spacious kitchen (large oven & fridge), huge outdoor terrace with searting for 8, panoramic Mediterranean & mountain views (view of Saint Paul de Vence from primary bedroom), lovely cactus garden below, plus idealic grassy outdoor seating and lounging space to enjoy on a lovely day. The property could use window screens to keep out mosquitos, we experienced a lot of mosquitos & nasty bites so plan and bring sprays, creams etc. The Tiger mosquito issue in France is well-known so do prepare yourself. Property 8/10. Property if mosquito protected/sprayed 9.5/10.

The Old House that had views of St Paul

MarcRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This house is something special, which you can also see in the photos. There's always something new to discover. Everything is well equipped - more than you are used to elsewhere. The kitchen and its amenities are perfect. You can chill and eat on the terrace, which is extremely cozy with its succulent garden. There is a TV on each floor. We only watched in the living room, so we could also unlock prime-video and Netflix with our accounts. There is much more positive to write, but maybe you will discover the house for yourself....!? Two things could be mentioned for consideration: Due to the many decorations, there may be dust, which is normal. Otherwise, everything being clean. When it comes to hygiene, you have to be aware that there is hardly any privacy here. Couples should know each other well. ;) The location is ideal for excursions in all directions of the Côte d'Azur and Provence.

Maison Blanche Quiet Villa with large swimming pool

HelenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Independent studio in the land of olive trees

LindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Christine and Silvio's place was a peaceful oasis amidst the olive trees. We lacked for nothing! They were friendly and told us a lot about the area but they were not intrusive at all. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. All in all it was a wonderful stay and next time we will stay longer

Wonderfull house/historical village/terrace view

StephenRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved this rental, the home is located above a beautiful art gallery and we had everything we needed, plus a great terrace with a fantastic view. We hope to stay here again, it was perfectly located in the center of St. Paul de Vence village. Be prepared to carry luggage from the parking areas outside the walls of the village, and unfortunately overnight parking nearby is quite expensive (32-42 euros per 24 hours as of June 2025). We found lots of art, history, and terrific meals and snacks throughout the village and we spent our 10 days there in awe of this wonderful place. Our host was very helpful and immediately responsive, and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. We can’t wait to return to St. Paul de Vence!
