Great find for an overnight stop on way back to Calais following a holiday in the Dordogne. Lovely setting, easy to find and not far from the main roads. Very clean and had everything we needed. The children loved the swing too! We would stay again. Thank you Chrystèle!

An extremely pleasant three-night stay in the Little House, everything is thought out for the comfort and sweetness of the stay with a lot of generosity. Beautiful walks nearby, in the Lande de Pail. Ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. A property of choice as indicated by all the reviews.

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

We stayed in Karine's house on Easter weekend and felt "at home "...everything was perfect. The area is very quiet and shops are close by. Karine is a very friendly, welcoming host with nice touches upon arrival (drinks, small cakes...) The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped (according to the photos and description) Decorated with great taste. Great place. I would would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Leslie's place. Clear instructions and the place was great. Its location is ideal for visiting the sights of Perche by car. We will renew the experience in the spring or summer to enjoy more nature and the surrounding trails. Thanks to Leslie and see you soon!

Very nice house with horses. Ideal as a base for visiting the area and the beautiful Haras du Pin. Horse lovers, this is where you need to go!

We had a memorable stay in Isabelle's sublime house. Everything was there for our comfort, and that of the children. The interior is absolutely charming and friendly, and lived a lot of spaces and accessories that allowed us to be very comfortable without walking on top of each other. And what about the absolutely idyllic setting, the view is grandiose. We can only recommend this cottage, and we hope to have the opportunity to come back in the summer. And thank you Isabelle for her hospitality and listening.

We booked this place to get together as a family away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. We had a wonderful time in this haven of peace with our baby, his grandparents and our two Dalmatian faithful. The change of scenery is total, the swimming pool, the environment and the calm of this place has done us the greatest good. We will come back without hesitation.

Comfortable cottage, beautiful spaces, large bedrooms and bathroom, well-equipped. Young children are welcome with games and a bench at their height. The exteriors are nice, in beautiful countryside. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay, with direct access to the forest, the lake is within walking distance, with many hiking trails. The accommodation was impeccable and very well-equipped .

Very nice house, spacious and super equipped! There were 15 of us to spend 3 days with friends for the New Year. Accessible and heated swimming pool, very nice pellet stove, all the essentials to eat and sleep at 15 while each having their own space! Stéphanie who welcomed us is great!

A nice stay in the perch. The annex is very functional as a small apartment. Ideal for couple. Beautifully decorated, it's very cocooning and well insulated. The location is ideal in the pretty city of Belleme. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice welcome, Joël and his wife are always available for any questions, guided tour of the house with his wife. It's so much nicer to have a presence on arrival than a key box. The neighborhood is nice, the walks are quiet. I recommend for people who want to be in peace (really quiet), walks in the forest on foot or by bike. I don't regret anything and I'll be back. Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.
