Guests are welcome to use the common facilities at our home (petanque court, swing...) 5 min drive to St Léonard des Bois, several activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking as well as tree climbing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 minutes away you will find St Ceneri Le Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 bodies of water (a boat is available) and listen to the frogs singing. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
