David’s place was the perfect quiet rural setting we wanted. Perfectly located to explore both Normandy and Brittany. Very comfortable house, especially the showers, and a great private parking space as well. David welcomed us in and then just let us be, which we very much enjoyed – unfussy and easy going.

Responsive host during the various questions that were asked. The accommodation matches the photos in the listing and is in a very good location with a parking space + parking nearby.

the owner is charming, we were very well looked after as well as our dog who had a closed yard. The house is spacious and bright, perfectly equipped. The place is quiet, very quiet. For our sporting activity we had 2 golf courses 5 km and 25 km. The village touches Granvile which is very pretty. Thank you Yannick

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Thank you to Stéphanie for agreeing to leave our luggage for a slightly later check-out. Very pleasant stay. Location close to shops and the beach in a very nice apartment, in line with the photos. Bedding is good . For people who sleep in the dark, provide an eye mask because the light passes through the blinds. Don't forget the earplugs because of the very early morning noise of the seagulls!!

Incredible little green oasis nestled not far from the center of Granville. The house is equipped with many games for children, the outdoor furniture is very rich (hammock, shell chair...) the bedrooms are spacious with a water point nearby. Check-in is simple, Sabine and Emmanuel are responsive. Pleasant accommodation with everything you'll need to have a good time with family and friends.

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

We had a pleasant stay, fully enjoying the Jazz Festival under the apple trees. The accommodation is comfortable. well equipped and it is much prettier in real life and the garden with its view of the pond and the woods.
